Privacy policy

Last updated October 21, 2026

Who we are

Lead Zero is a marketing company based in Nova Scotia, Canada. We help real estate agents run advertising campaigns. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you apply for our pilot or contact us, we collect:

Your name, email address and mobile number

Your brokerage and roughly when you were licensed

Anything you tell us in messages or on calls

If you join a pilot, we also keep the campaign results you agree to share with us, such as the number of leads, calls and appointments.

How we use it

To review your application and reply to you

To set up, run and improve your campaign

To send you messages about our services, which you can opt out of at any time

To publish case studies and testimonials, only with your written permission

Buyer leads from campaigns

Campaigns run from each agent's own Meta ad account. People who respond to an ad share their details with that agent, under the agent's own privacy policy and Meta's terms. We access those leads only as needed to run and measure the campaign. We do not sell them, contact them ourselves, or use them for any other purpose.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers that help us run the business, such as our form, email and scheduling tools, who may only use it to provide their service to us

With Meta, as needed to run campaigns in your ad account

When required by law

Some of these providers store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

How long we keep it

We keep application details for up to two years after our last contact with you, and campaign results for as long as we use them in case studies you've approved. After that, we delete them.

How we protect it

We use password-protected accounts with two-step sign-in, and limit access to the people who need it to do their work.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or contacting us below.
